Austin

Austin may be early in his career, but he’s already proven to be a quick study with a sharp eye for detail. With a background in leadership, entrepreneurship, and hands-on problem solving—from managing a watersports facility to building wakeboarding obstacles—he brings a rare mix of precision, energy, and curiosity to every job site.

As a first-year apprentice, Austin supports journeymen and senior crew members throughout the build process, always eager to learn and ready to contribute. His mindset is simple: be thorough, work safely, and take pride in every cut. That mentality earned him early trust on a custom home build, where he took on precise soffit cuts with care, focus, and great results.

When he’s not on site, you’ll find Austin exploring the ancient world through books and documentaries, out wakeskating, practicing martial arts, or deep in a board game. A true learner at heart, he brings curiosity and enthusiasm into everything he does—on and off the tools.
