Keri-Lyn has been part of Southall’s Construction since day one. With over 30 years of experience handling the company’s finances—everything from payroll and invoicing to GST returns and year-end reporting—she’s helped shape the operational foundation that allows the build teams to do what they do best.

Her background in banking made for a natural transition into managing the books, and her steady, team-focused mindset has made her a key part of the company’s evolution over the decades. Now stepping into an employee role after years of ownership, her commitment remains unchanged: do the job right, work well with others, and take pride in the work—whatever it is. Outside the office, Keri-Lyn enjoys tending her garden, sharing the harvest, and connecting with neighbors on her walks through the community (especially the four-legged ones). Her approach to life and work is the same—care, consistency, and a sense of connection
