Southall had to weather-protect 1800 square feet of aggregate slab concrete flooring for polishing and finishing before framing could begin.
Southall rigged scaffolding around the slab’s perimeter and craned in a ridge beam to hang tarps across, forming a weatherproof roof.
We lived in our carriage house on the grounds while construction on our main house was underway. We enjoyed watching Alan, Brad and their crews bring our house to life.
These guys make their timber framing and interior finishing into a work of art.
