In order to maintain a safe working space, the neighbour’s retaining wall became undermined during excavation. Ultimately, we had to dig 6 feet onto the neighbouring property, which disrupted access to their house.
We solved this problem by getting permission from the neighbours, excavating, and then we built a brand-new retaining wall for them.
The neighbours agreed on the condition that their property was left in better condition than it was found, saving a redraft of plans and keeping the Seaview home on schedule.
We had the pleasure of working with Alan and his team to build our dream home. They helped us tackle any obstacle we came across, and we couldn't be happier with the results.
