Seaview
The Seaview project was constructed on a steep, challenging lot, requiring careful coordination, precise excavation, and rigorous site management. It’s the kind of build that tests both planning and execution, and Southall’s delivered on both.

Built on one of the more demanding sites Southall’s has tackled, the Seaview project required careful planning from the ground up.
The steep terrain and tight working conditions required that every move be carefully planned in advance, from excavation and formwork to materials delivery and crew flow. The complexity of the site presented a true test of coordination and problem-solving, and Southall’s team rose to meet it with precision.
The end result is a home that feels effortless – but only because of the expertise that made it happen.

“Seaview was our first project with Al and Brad. Prior to selecting them we were able to see the quality of the work on another project that they had completed for the architect we were using.
They were able to navigate a challenging waterfront site while maintaining a strong relationship with our next-door neighbors.
The project stayed on budget and was completed exactly on the timeline we need to move since we were re-locating from another province”
