Chad

With over 23 years in the construction industry, Chad brings a rare combination of versatility and precision to Southall’s Construction. From custom home builds to complex renovations, he’s spent decades refining his skills as a Red Seal Carpenter—whether that’s on fine interior finishes or behind the controls of heavy machinery shaping the land.

Chad’s attention to detail shows in everything he does. He’s just as comfortable operating an excavator as he is crafting cabinetry, and he’s recently added photography and videography to his toolkit—helping capture the work Southall’s is proud to share. No matter the task, he brings a consistent philosophy: do it right, do it honestly, and always aim to be better than yesterday.

Off the job site, Chad is at home in the backcountry or in his woodworking shop, designing pieces that are just waiting to come to life. Whether it’s riding trails, road-tripping with his family, or creating something by hand, his curiosity and craftsmanship never really clock out.
