Site Supervisor

Your Role Would Involve:

• Facilitating clear communication among team members, ensuring tasks are understood, and prioritizing quality standards.
• Interpreting project plans and organizing weekly schedules collaboratively with the team.
• You are coordinating with subcontractors to prepare sites and ensure smooth operations.
• Acting as the primary onsite liaison for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met with professionalism.

What You Need:

• A solid background with at least ten years in site supervising or a foreperson position, preferably in high-end custom home projects.
• Hands-on carpentry experience with a commitment to maintaining high-quality craftsmanship.

• Necessary qualifications include an AEC/DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate, ten years of leadership experience, fluency in English, and a valid driving license.
